All VYNTORA works are produced on demand. Each piece is created specifically for the customer once an order is placed.

For this reason, orders cannot be modified, canceled, or returned once production has begun.

Order accuracy

We encourage customers to carefully review their order details before completing checkout, including the selected artwork, size, and shipping information.

Damaged or defective items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@vyntora.studio.

Your message should include:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photographs showing the damage or defect

If the issue is confirmed, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

Returns

Because all works are produced on demand, returns are not accepted in cases such as:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect size selection
  • Color differences due to screen settings
  • Orders placed in error

Refunds

Refunds are not typically issued for made-to-order works.

However, in specific situations and at our discretion, a partial or full refund may be considered.
